As a passionate alternative and holistic lifestyle guide, my intention is to guide those who seek to improve their mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional health goals. Committed to my own personal journey towards the growth of mind, body, and soul; I feel called to share the modalities that I experience as powerful, impactful, and healing. I hold an open, caring, and non-judgmental nature and strive to make a positive impact on the communities I serve.
When connecting, I approach each session with kindness, compassion, and an open mind. I see all humans as simply that, HUMAN. We have all been through our unique obstacles, and I have found that we maintain a universal connection of seeking love, healing & truth in some form. Through studying new age and old age science, lifestyle, nutrition, philosophy & spirituality, I maintain an open mind that there is a way for everyone to find healing, when they so choose to seek it.
I have undergone training in various ancient practices, including Yoga, Meditation, Reiki, Ayurveda, Breathwork, Pilates and Shamanic ceremonies; and feel committed to sharing that knowledge. With experience in various ancient modalities, I provide a wide range of sessions that may be tailored to your unique needs. I truly believe that anyone who is open can benefit from these practices, no matter where they are in their own journey.
Through personal experience of facing my demons and finding wisdom through self-awareness, travel, exposure, and presence, I hope to guide others towards a journey of metamorphosis in the mind, body, and soul.

Discover the Power
of Holistic Healing
The unique nature of the ancient Indian lifestyle and science of Ayurveda is that the nature of each individual is treated uniquely. By looking at the complete individual, Ayurveda empowers one to use preventative lifestyle maintenance, holistic healing practices, and herbal remedies to treat the root cause of disease and discomfort. Unlike modern-day Western Medical practices, Ayurveda does not treat with chemicals, black-and-white definitions, chemical substances, or “dead ends”. Many treatments can provide relief, nourishment, ease, and comfort. Ayurveda believes in holistically treating the individual as a unique whole of mind, body, and consciousness. No one person is the same and therefore is treated as such. Factors playing a role in Ayurvedic health include diet and daily routine. By focusing on the daily intake of what you digest, absorb, and assimilate through your five senses (sight, touch, smell, sound, taste), you begin to gain a better understanding of the ingested qualities that play a role in the balance vs imbalance within your mind, body and consciousness.
The Tools of Ayurvedic Consults
During your Ayurvedic Health consultation, you can expect unique methods, in comparison to modern-day Western-style MD, of understanding your unique balance of Prakruti (unique state given at birth, your balanced state) vs. your unique balance of Vikruti (current imbalance) by the following ways:
- face reading
- nail reading
- tongue reading
- pulse reading
Using the above evaluation techniques (in addition to further questioning), the findings help us determine the appropriate environment, lifestyle, diet, herbs & nutrition, and your unique proneness to disease, imbalance, and disorders. By establishing proneness vs current discomforts/complaints, we can discuss a path more aligned for you.
We will work with prevention and maintenance by gaining a deeper understanding of the root causes that arise in your mind, body or soul. This is not a one-pill-fits-all practice, we work from the perspective of an individual, based on the elements and qualities of life.
